Return Policy
Effective January 2007
RETURN FOR
CREDIT;
Customer
Service must be contacted to obtain a RMA number for any
merchandise returned. A RMA number is required for any returned
or defective merchandise sent back to
ExpressTonerCartridges.com. If a RMA is not issued by
ExpressTonerCartridges.com, 50% of authorized credit will be
deducted. This is required to efficiently & promptly process any
and all returns. A sample must be included with the
defective cartridge. If a sample is not included, 25% of the
total authorized credit will be deducted. Cartridges returned to
ExpressTonerCartridges.com found not to be defective after QC
testing will be subject to 15% restock fee. An ARS label may be
issued by ExpressTonerCartridges.com upon determination
and extent of the defect issue. Customer will be responsible for
original shipping charges if cartridge is deemed not defective.
Credits are valid for 90 days from date of issue. Credit will
not be issued for any returned item over 1 year. No cash refunds
are given.
CLAIMS:
Damage claims are
the responsibility of the customer and must be reported
immediately to the freight carrier.
ExpressTonerCartridges.com will provide any assistance required
to aid in the claim processing. Claims for shortages must be
made within 3 working days of receipt of shipment.
WARRANTY
INFORMATION:
All
ExpressTonerCartridges.com products are covered under a 1
yr warranty unless otherwise specified. Merchandise that has
been replaced during the warranty period does not extend the
warranty
period past the
original period.
CANCELLATIONS:
All order
cancellations must be received prior to shipment by
ExpressTonerCartridges.com. A 15% restock fee will apply to any
return sent back due to, but not limited to, customer order
error.
REFUSED
MERCHANDISE:
The customer is
responsible for shipping charges both ways on refused
merchandise. Credit for refused
merchandise will be issued and can be applied to future
purchases. Credit must be used within 90 days.
Merchandise refused or returned will be subject to a minimum of
15% restocking fee.
EXCHANGE
POLICY:
Exchanges are
good for 90 days from invoice date. The exchange policy does not
cover the physical, visible, or hidden damages incurred in
transit. All damage claims must be submitted by customer
directly with the delivering carrier.
